Shipping policy

Shipping is *FREE for any order over $75 within the contiguous United States (lower 48) and Canada, regardless of size! That is a huge benefit... many art sellers will charge crating fees for medium to large pieces of art and can easily double the cost of a purchase, we would not pass on those costs (unless you are doing an extra large custom piece... but those are one-off custom orders, ##see below).

If you live elsewhere, we do ship internationally for an additional fee... but please email us to get shipping quote (collected at time of order) before ordering. We are not responsible for any Duties or Import Taxes for International orders. International shipping is limited to Limited Edition "Fine Art Prints" on paper (no framing) & Open Edition "Refresh" Wall Art ONLY. Sorry, at this time we don't internationally ship Framed Canvas, Acrylic, Metal prints or other items not listed here.

We do ship via AIR shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Our Free shipping only includes ground service to the contiguous United States and Canada. Shipping to any of the above locations requires an upgrade to AIR Express service. Cost is variable based on the size of the package, contact us for a quote before entering the checkout process.

Why do you have a $75 minimum for FREE Shipping*?

95% of our online orders meet this minimum, so essentially shipping is usually FREE for the purchase of artwork in the contiguous United States or Canada. However, there may be some items on our website from time to time that are gift items, like calendars or coasters for example. We are not going to charge you $75 for a calendar, our price point is much more reasonable, but there may be a small shipping costs on those kind of orders. Thank you for understanding.

How long will it take to get my order?

Since all we do is custom art, meaning we need to make it as soon as you order it... there is something called production time.  Production lead time varies depending on the product being ordered, but most orders are completed within 4 to 6 days. This can be impacted depending on the season (i.e.: Christmas or Mothers Day rush).  Once production is completed, your artwork is carefully packaged and shipped out immediately to you.  We ship mainly using ground courier, so these times can vary depending on your location. Most of our artwork is coming from New York State (for US orders), Montreal (for Canadian orders), and occasionally for specific products it could be coming from Colorado. Ground Carrier delivery time can be between 3 to 10 days. If available, a tracking number will be provided to you once the artwork has shipped, this will allow you to track the shipment and strategize delivery date (as some larger, more valuable orders may require inspection and a signature by an adult on delivery). These time estimates are not guaranteed, only estimates.  If ordering for a special occasion or Holiday coming up, please don't wait till the last minute... give yourself plenty of time, we just want you to have reasonable expectations.

If you need it sooner, are there any options for Express Delivery?

We don't have a problem with sending your artwork faster to you, but that would incur an upcharge for Express Delivery.  If this is needed, contact us immediately after you submitted your order for us to work up a Express Delivery quote.  Provide us with your order number and we will reach out to you with the details.  If you agree to the quote, you will be charged for the upcharge only.   

## Crating costs may be added for custom large orders.

If you are ordering a large piece... larger than is offered on this website (meaning you are doing a custom order), occasionally those will require additional protective packaging that is above and beyond to protect your artwork, this is called crating. This is different than shipping costs. Many times these crates are made of wood boxes.  These can have an additional cost.  If this is needed, we will contact you prior to production and review those costs with you to get your permission to move forward.  If you agree to the quote, you will be charged for the upcharge only. The vast majority of orders on this site will not require crating at an additional cost.
